Pre-K & K Dental Day Event - Online registration is closed.

Recommended ages 3-6.

Have a preschool/pre-k/kindergarten-age child who needs a dental checkup, hasn’t yet visited the dentist, and/or needs a completed dental form? Join us for this back-tooth-school event, where we will provide dental exams and cleanings for young children (ages 3-6) at no cost to you.

If you have insurance, please enter your insurance information. You will not be charged out-of-pocket for the cleaning or exam on this date.

If you do not have dental insurance, or if you have a low-coverage dental insurance plan, there will be no cost to you out-of-pocket.
